PRAYER

Lord God, Source of all goodness and light. You sent your only Son, the Word of Life, to reveal to all the mystery of your love. Bless me as I undertake the Ministry of Reader. Grant that as I mediate constantly on your Word, I may grow in its wisdom and faithfully proclaim it to your people, I ask this thorugh Christ our Lord. Amen

O’GOD OUR FATHER, we ask you to send your Spirit into our hearts. Help us to lead our people in worship. May we truly believe in what we do and so inspire our community in new faith. We ask this, Father, through Jesus Christ our Son who is present in our midst now, who will soon speak to us through your Word. Amen

MINISTRY OF THE EUCHARIST
